Management Assessment

The Management Assessment enables senior executives to quickly and conveniently assess their organization's performance in relation to 117 best practice statements tied to 35 business disciplines which we call Principal Elements. Completing the assessment takes less than one hour. The entire process, including validating the outcomes and action-planning, can take just a few days, not weeks or months. The program, which evaluates both the performance and importance of each discipline, encourages executives to take a cross-functional view of their organization and then use this information to rapidly develop and implement targeted, measurable solutions.

MSA Express

The MSA Express Assessment is intended for smaller or emerging companies who do not yet have the formal infrastructure of the larger organizations. This assessment is a subset of the Management Assessment and contains 59 best practices statements tied to 19 business and work environment areas. Management and employees are encouraged to complete the Express Assessment. This provides useful insight regarding the similarities and differences in perspectives between these two groups.

Customer Service Assessment

The Customer Service Assessment provides an external view of the organization from the standpoint of customer satisfaction. In addition to the customers, this assessment is completed by senior management and customer contact employees. Combining these three points of view provides excellent gap analysis regarding service performance and prioritization of service delivery.
